Welcome to Glow Tours and Transfers! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made in advance and payment must be received in full prior to the scheduled tour. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or cash. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that travel plans can change, but we have a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality service to all of our customers.

  • a. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled date of your tour. Cancellation must be made in writing or by email. We will confirm your cancellation within 48 hours of receipt. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled date of your tour, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    b. Refund Policy: If you cancel your tour within the required timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note that a 15% cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative fees. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of your request.

    c. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather conditions that affect the safety of our tours, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your tour. If we cancel your tour due to weather conditions, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Liability: We take the safety and well-being of our customers very seriously. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the course of your tour. You participate in our tours at your own risk.

  • Third-Party Services: If you book additional services through a third-party provider, their terms and conditions will apply. We are not responsible for the actions or services provided by third-party providers.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review these terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on our website and marketing materials, including images, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of Glow Tours and Transfers. You are not permitted to use our content without our prior written consent.

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
