Cancellation Policy
Scooter Service Return Instructions Please note the following instructions for returning the scooter keys after your service: • If a designated staff member is unavailable to receive the keys, you may leave them at the front desk. • Ensure that the keys are securely handed over to the front desk personnel. • Please notify the front desk that the keys are for the scooter service. Thank you for your cooperation. b. Refund Policy: If you cancel your tour within the required timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note that a 15% cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative fees. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of your request. c. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour, you will not be eligible for a refund.
